About the Beach Villas at Ko Olina Beach Villas at Ko Olina and the lagoons at Ko Olina Resort and Marina 
The four lagoons are home to Disney, Four Seasons, Marriott and the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. The Beach Villas are on the 2nd lagoon with the Disney & Four Seasons on Lagoon 1 and the Marriott Beach Club at Ko Olina located on the 3rd lagoon. The Marina is behind the 4th.

 No matter which way you look at the lagoons, they are lovely~ You can see the path on the right which is part of the 1 1/2 Mile Beach Walk that follows the curve of the 4 lagoons from one end to the other.

These are lovely and the 3 Bedroom floor plans in the Beach Tower include 3 Full Baths including 2 ensuite Bedrooms with private baths plus a 3rd Bedroom with its own full hall bath.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are a collection of 247 individually owned luxury resort condominiums in one of 3 recognized resort districts known as the Ko Olina Resort and Marina. These properties have HOTEL/RESORT zoning with rentals of 6 nights or longer in compliance of all local zoning requirements and recent legislation. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina range from 1,165 square feet to over 1,600 square feet with 2 BR / 2 BA ~ 3 BR / 2.5 BA ~ 3 BR / 3 BA floor plans. All guests have full access to all amenities at the property including a fabulous fitness center with men and women locker rooms including steam and saunas in each of them as well as 2 pools and 3 spas situated around the pool area. BBQ facilities with Wolfe BBQ’s are also located at each end of the lagoon pool and a Beach Bar is located in the pool area for food and refreshments.    We provide a large supply of beach towels in addition to a full complement of bath & hand towels in each of the Villas for your use during your stay and each villa also has its own Washer / Dryer in the villa. Ko Olina offers a restful alternative to the crowds of Waikiki and Honolulu. Close enough to drive into for adventure and dining, but for those who would rather come home to the escape of tranquility and peace with quiet uncrowded beaches, the Beach Villas at Ko Olina are a wonderful place to call home for a week or two. The History of Ko Olina Resort & Marina Our office, Beach Villa Realty, LLC, is located in Kapolei, a few minutes away. My wife Vicky and I live at the Ko Olina Resort and we are never far away if you require additional services or assistance. You will be personally met upon your arrival by one of our staff for luggage assistance, a personal escort and orientation to your room and to answer all of your questions. Vicky, is the Director of Guest Services and as an RN in a past life, she takes those standards of care and cleaning to our Villas. Our Reservation Manager will be your pre arrival liaison to assist in selecting the perfect villa for you and ensuring that all of your special requests are satisfied. ( Bed configurations, additional infant / toddler items ( strollers, swings and highchairs available ). To get your vacation off to a fast start, we also offer pre-registration and a pre-arrival INSTACART Grocery Delivery Services. Let our staff receive and deliver your grocery order to your villa so you are able to relax and enjoy your favorite snack and beverages upon arrival. This is particularly helpful for those late night arrivals so you wake up to breakfast, juice and coffer on your first morning. Each of the Beach Villas offered on this site include all of the amenities the property offers as well as snorkels, fins & masks, beach chairs, beach towels, ice chest, boogie boards, pack n play, Free WiFi with high speed internet and parking for up to cars if needed all at no additional charge as a part of this villa's inclusion in the Resort Collection of properties with additional services. There is a great onsite fitness center which has a separate Men’s and Lady’s locker / shower room. Each of those locker rooms have separate sauna and steam rooms as well as showers, lockers and a reception area. We think you’ll love it. The Beach Villa property and its grounds including the pool areas, interiors of the villas and lanais are smoke free with a designated smoking area located at the property.
