The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).
- Villa Features -
This 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa offers the perfect setting for large families or groups traveling together. At 1,500 square feet, this spacious unit includes:
- Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed and private bath with views of the ocean.
- Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with an adjacent bath.
- Third Bedroom: Twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request, and a private bath.
Additional amenities include:
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom

Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:
- Two swimming pools and three spas
- BBQ grills around the pools
- Fitness center with separate men’s and women’s showers, steam rooms, and lockers
- 24/7 front desk and on-site security
- On-site parking (may require a one-time $25 fee per vehicle)
We also provide beach essentials including snorkeling gear (upon request), beach chairs, towels, and an ice chest. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.
- Nearby Attractions -
During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).
The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Please be aware that vacant hotel sites on either side of the property may undergo development in the future. We loved our stay regardless of a couple hiccups. Our Wi-Fi/internet wasn’t working til the next afternoon after checking in and the floors didn’t seem very clean, but the greeter let us in the unit while the housekeeping was cleaning. I think the housekeeper didn’t want to bother us so she hurriedly cleaned up. Also, the washer/dryer was fairly small, but did the job as we did several loads of wash. The nice thing about this place is the koi pond where they let people feed the koi twice daily so our 21 month old grandson loved it. They also had an Easter egg hunt for the kids since we were there on Easter Sunday.

Amazing
Family ultimate vacation to Ko Olina. We have four boys 17, 15, 13 and 8. They found everything and more they could ever want in this property. Running trials, golf, amazing pool and lagoon snorkeling. The pool at this resort is great for kids of all ages. Close proximity to shopping. InstaCart delivery on day one might be the most genius vacation hack ever. We walked in and within 20 minutes kids were fed and in pool. After a 9 hr flight the last thing we wanted to do was ship. We can’t wait to go back.

Michael was the perfect host. There to answer any questions and to give suggestions of places to eat and shop. All amenities were as described and he went the extra mile having beach equipment and special touches for his guests.
