Aloha and we hope you are as excited as we are about your upcoming trip to the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.

We will be personally meeting you upon your arrival and assisting you with your finalized check in at the front desk. Our resort services include curbside greeting and luggage assistance, assignment of your included parking space(s), escort to your villa with an orientation of the grounds and your villa including wifi info, appliances and ensuring your pre-arrival requests have been fulfilled. We can talk story about the area and answer questions you may have as you get to know your new home away from home.

Directions from Airport to the Beach Villas at Ko Olina

Checking In
Once you have arrived at the Honolulu Airport, you will most likely be taking a shuttle to the rental car company's location. When you have your hands on the wheel of your rental car please call/text our Guest Services Department at (808) 781-5616. Once we hear from you, we can coordinate your greeting so that someone is there to get you checked in and settled. Please note that standard check in time is 4pm. If we are able to accommodate an early check in we will be happy to do so, but it is very important that you contact us prior to arrival to the property as it is not promised that you will be able to access the villa before 4pm. PLEASE REMEMBER TO CONTACT US WHEN YOU ARE LEAVING THE RENTAL CAR LOT SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT AT THE PROPERTY WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

TRANSPORTATION INFO

Shuttle, Taxi and Local arrivals with your own vehicles
Much of the above is the same with the following notes. If you require transportation from the Airport to the Ko Olina Resort and the Beach Villas, you have a few options. There are several Taxi Company's, but for the best odds of securing a scheduled pickup, we've heard good things about Charlie's Taxi. (I've heard about $90 for 2 people but just ask for a quote)

There is a per trip shuttle service which can drop you off at the front desk of the Beach villas and pick you up at a scheduled time of departure. I've heard the per trip charge is currently under $25. SpeediShuttle 

Whichever way you go, please give us a call at the number above when you are enroute so we can be sure to arrange meeting with you for you personal check in and orientation to get your vacation started.

INSTACART GROCERY DELIVERY

Pre-Arrival Delivery of Groceries:
We would also like to offer you the opportunity to schedule an Instacart delivery of groceries placed into your villa by our staff prior to your arrival. We've found that this is a great way to get your vacation off to a quick start and it's our way of saying 'Thank You'. If you would like to take advantage of this service, you may set this up at instacart.com. The normal fees with Instacart will apply, but we will take care of it from the lobby to your villa. All we ask is that you follow the steps down below and that you make us aware of your delivery at least 3 days prior to your arrival so we're able to ensure someone is available to receive your order.
To place your Instacart order visit the website, select and pay for your items (choices include Costco and Safeway), and then schedule the delivery between 2pm & 4pm on your day of arrival. We will meet the Instacart delivery person before you arrive and place the groceries in the villa. To make it as seamless as possible, please remember to do the following:

  1. Use zip code 96707, then select from any vendors you choose
  2. If you would like specific substitutions to be made please be sure to select those at the time of order placement. Beach Villa Realty will not be approving any substitutions on behalf of the guest and if asked by the Instacart Delivery Shopper will instruct the Shopper to skip over the item altogether.
  3. Delivery Address: 92-106 Waialii Pl, Kapolei, HI 96707 (Villa # can be found on your rental agreement)
  4. Delivery Instructions: Include 1. Reservation holder's name (first & last), 2. Villa number
  5. Delivery Time: must be between 2pm & 4pm
  6. Phone number: (669) 200-9262
  7. Schedule the delivery between 2pm & 4pm on day of your arrival
  8. Send us an email (to: traveldesk@beachvillarealty.com) titled (Party Last Name) - Instacart Delivery so we can be alert for the delivery AND send a text to (808) 781-5616

Please be sure to follow the steps above carefully to ensure that your groceries are delivered to the proper resort and placed in the proper villa, and that there is someone available on property to accept your items. We will not be responsible for misplaced groceries and/or delivery disruptions if Beach Villa Realty was not previously notified of delivery by email and text, if items are delivered outside of the specified times above without prior confirmation/acceptance/acknowledgement by Beach Villa Realty at least 3 days prior to arrival, or if the villa # is not provided to Instacart. Beach Villa Realty will not be responsible for orders that are not fulfilled to the discretion of the Instacart Delivery Shopper (ie. Shopper refuses to allow BVR to sign for an alcoholic beverage purchase because the name of the BVR Teammate does not match the name on the order - this happens rarely, but has occurred in the past.)
