Upon arrival, we’ll personally greet you at the front desk and assist you with check-in. Our resort services include curbside greeting, luggage assistance, parking space assignment, and an escort to your villa. During your orientation, we’ll walk you through the villa, provide Wi-Fi information, explain how to use the appliances, and confirm that your pre-arrival requests have been fulfilled. We’ll also be happy to share local tips and answer any questions you may have as you settle in.

We kindly ask that you contact our Guest Services Department at (808) 989-8183 or (808) 398-3877 once you have your rental car and are headed to Ko Olina. This will allow us to coordinate your check-in and ensure we are ready to greet you.
