We will be personally meeting you upon your arrival and assisting you with your finalized check in at the front desk. Our resort services include curbside greeting and luggage assistance, assignment of your included parking space(s), escort to your villa with an orientation of the grounds and your villa including wifi info, appliances and ensuring your pre-arrival requests have been fulfilled. We can talk story about the area and answer questions you may have as you get to know your new home away from home.

In order to get your vacation off to quick start and to eliminate paperwork after your day of travel, we will work with you to have your required information and documents delivered to the property in advance of your arrival to speed up your check in process. Beach Villa Realty, LLC and Michael Hege R will also be the designated Local an On Island agent so that you have a licensed REALTOR to act as your liaison with the owner of the Villa you'll be renting with a 24/7 point of contact a few minutes away. 

Beach Villa Realty, LLC works in compliance of all state and local laws regarding short term vacation rentals of less than 30 days.

In addition to the steps taken at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina in the common elements, pools and fitness center which each have protocols of their own as the tier system changes, special care is taken to ensure that each individual Villa is equally cleaned and sanitized prior to each occupancy. This cleaning and sanitizing is done through the cooperation of our housekeeping and guest services team . Upon completion, we utilize an electrostatic sanitation system to distribute an aerosol sanitizer throughout the villa to finalize the preparation of its surfaces prior to each occupancy.
